Vern Raburn, CEO Eclipse Aviation Vern Raburn's passion for the high-tech industry is exceeded only by his love of aviation. With more than 25 years' experience in the information technology industry, Raburn is a successful entrepreneur who has helped to shape the course of the information technology revolution and the high-technology industry. He has held senior executive positions at Microsoft, Lotus Development, Symantec, and Slate, as well as at the Paul Allen Group. During that time, he has amassed more than 6,500 hours of flight time and earned type certificates in aircraft ranging from four-engine airliners to World War II bombers to modern executive jets.

Mr. Bartlett has published numerous articles and books on venture capital. Mr. Bartlett "literally wrote the book on venture capital financing." He has been an acting Professor of Law at Stanford and an Instructor in Law at Boston University Law School.

He currently teaches Fundamentals of Venture Capital at NYU School of Law. Mr. Bartlett has been profiled in trade publications as one of the leading practitioners in venture capital nationwide.
